Beth is a sustainability advisor with over 10 years of project management experience on a wide range of project types including healthcare, higher education and municipal facilities. She has directly managed the certification of 35 LEED projects with dozens more underway. Under her direction, project teams work collectively to pursue high performance design strategies along the most appropriate path relative to their construction budget and schedule. She is an excellent communicator with a demonstrated ability to work with clients, designers, vendors, engineers and contractors to implement sustainability measures. Beth studied Urban Planning, earning a master’s degree that allowed her to focus on sustainability issues within the larger context of urban development. She is currently the project manager on a visionary project in Doha, Qatar involving the LEED certification of nearly 100 buildings.

 

Aside from helping teams make their projects more sustainable, Beth’s favorite part of her day is the bike commute! She can also be frequently spotted digging in the trash and recycling to ensure things have been properly sorted.
