Candice GoldsmithSenior Consultant
As a senior consultant at GBS, Candice has over 10 years’ experience in environmental and sustainability consulting, focused on LEED, resource efficiency, and sustainability strategy for projects ranging from individual buildings to global portfolios. She possesses strong management, client relationship, and business development skills, which she applies to each of her projects. Current work at GBS includes project management and sustainability consulting for a campus-wide LEED-EB: O&M project at Portland State University, performing ASHRAE 62.1 calculations for Washington State Convention Center, and providing quality control review of a LEED Volume project for Bentall Kennedy’s commercial building portfolio in the United States. In addition, she is consulting on two LEED-NC projects for PG&E in California. Career highlights prior to joining GBS include managing the LEED-EB: O&M recertification for AT&T Park (home of the San Francisco Giants), implementing national sustainability initiatives for the federal government’s General Services Administration (GSA), and, as project manager, conducting an energy audit and LEED-EB: O&M assessment for a U.S. government office building in Nepal.
Candice spent most of the past year touring the United States in an RV, while conducting building assessments for the federal government.
