A licensed architect and member of the AIA, Erin has a passion for design and sustainability in the built environment. Having practiced in the field of architecture for the past 9 years, at GBS she consults on LEED projects in O+M, BD+C, and ID+C and has conducted educational training sessions focused on the latest trends in sustainable development. She has offered exam preparation courses for LEED version 4 GA, O+M, and BD+C, as well as presentations dealing with urban planning and building systems (ASHRAE energy audits and commissioning). Erin has LEED consulting experience on a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and educational buildings. Her architecture experience has largely focused on existing building renovations, small building design, and institutional work.
Erin sold the first car she ever owned in 2000 and hasn’t needed one since. She’s been taking public transit, biking, walking, running, or even Nordic skiing for transportation for 15 years, including getting to and from work every day!
