Molly BroderTraining Coordinator

Molly works as the Training Coordinator to create educational videos and related materials for green building training programs. She has collaborated on the development of several new training offerings, and works closely with GBS’ educational partners, including the USGBC, WPL, Red Vector, GreenCE and BSD Consulting. She is currently studying for the LEED Green Associate exam, while simultaneously organizing study sessions for others who are also preparing for the exam. She is actively engaged in producing GBS’ traditional happy hour Think & Drinks, inviting the public in for lively social gatherings and to hear thought-leaders share insights on the latest developments in sustainability and green building. She recently oversaw a student-led sustainability curriculum development project targeted to higher-ed universities for the U.S. Green Building Council. A recent graduate of the Art Institute of Portland with a high-honors BFA in Digital Film and Video Production, Molly’s specialties lie in video production with a focus on producing and post-production editing. Prior to her position at GBS, she served as the Assistant Director of the New Hope Film Festival in Pennsylvania, judging film submissions as well as managing venues and sales.

Molly enjoys a daily serving of pasta (the secret of everlasting youth), well-choreographed kung fu fight sequences, and science fiction in all mediums.
